- Selected monthly plan allows for an unlimited number of washes of the selected wash plan for the enrolled vehicle; weather permitting during normal business hours. Activation period is monthly
- Automatic monthly renewal plans will be automatically charged to member's credit/debit card on the same date of the month as plan activation (i.e. plan is activated on 12/15/15, card is charged every 15th day of the month).
- Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
- Member must ` place membership bar code security sticker on registered vehicle's inside front lower driver's side windshield with the number facing out. Membership security tag should not be placed in tinted areas of windshield.
- Membership security tag must be permanently affixed to registered vehicle. Membership security tag cannot be taped, glued or simply kept with vehicle.
- Membership security tag cannot be transferred to another vehicle.
- If the membership security tag is tampered with or the Unlimited Plan is used in anyway inconsistent with its terms and conditions, membership will be immediately terminated without refund.
- Replacement security tag: member can notify TWCW if registered vehicle's security tag needs to be replaced, (i.e. the sale of the vehicle or windshield replacement). Membership number will be deactivated and a new number will be issued.
- To upgrade your wash type, customer pays the difference between the Unlimited Plan wash type and the upgrade requested.
- To change your Unlimited Plan, please call 914-495-3889.
- TWCW employees are not eligible to participate in Unlimited Plan.
- There are no full or partial month(s) refunds regardless of usage.
- To Cancel: Member may cancel by calling 914-495-3889 or notify TWCW in located at 625 Marble Avenue Thornwood NY, Exit 27 off Saw Mill PKWY. Member must sticker number at time of notification. Please allow at least 5 business days before your billing date to effect cancellation. Member may continue to use Unlimited Plan until the last day of the current billing cycle. No full or partial refunds are available regardless of how often the membership was utilized.
- In the event, TWCW is not able to charge a member's credit/debit card due to an expired card or change of information, the member's plan will be deactivated on the 1st day after his or her billing date.
- Plan re-activation is available simply by visiting participating TWCW location, or by calling 914-495-3889.
- Restrictions apply to commercial vehicles. Taxi cabs, livery vehicles, funeral homes, and fleets.
- Vehicles must conform to TWCW dimension standards. Please see location to confirm that vehicle meets standards.
- When customer signs up for the Unlimited Plan online or by phone or reactivates an existing membership, they can expect a replacement membership security tag in approximately 5 business days via US Mail. For faster service customers can reactive their plan at their nearest TWCW location.
- By entering the Unlimited Program the member authorizes TWCW to charge the credit/debit card on file on the renewal day of each month. They authorize the financial institution to accept and to debit entries indicated by TWCW to their account. In the event that TWCW erroneously debits/credits funds to the account, the member authorizes TWCW to debit/credit the account for an amount not to exceed the original amount of the erroneous debit/credit. This authorization is to remain in effect until TWCW has received notification of termination in such a manner as to afford TWCW and the financial institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
